Frequently Asked Questions

For international orders the customer is responsible for any payment related to customs charges, or local sales taxes and is responsible for declaring these where necessary.

We accept returns on unopened and unworn items if they are delivered back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order. Reach out to us for the shipping details.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and we are happy to refund the cost of the product only, not including shipping fees.

We do not accept returns on customised, bespoke or personalised orders due to the nature of these type of goods.

If in the rare instance the jewellery is damaged on arrival please contact us, sending a picture and description of the problem. We will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement in this scenario.

We accept payment via Paypal or Stripe, you do not need to have an account with these payment providers to use our store.

We do not retain credit or debit card information and have no access to this personal information.

If you encounter any technical issues whilst trying to browse or buy on our website we would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us so that we might fix the problem as quickly as possible.

We are a small family business in the UK and have managed to reach the top 2% of all Etsy sellers globally. Holding a 5-star review score on Etsy with over 2,600+ sales on their platform. In June 2020 we migrated much of our store to this website to create a more personalised shopping experience for our customers.

All jewellery is hand made to order and takes up to three days for us to complete; after we've created your order we ship items via 2nd Class Royal Mail or International Standard shipping depending on the delivery address.

Bespoke customised orders may take up to five working days for us to complete as we may need spend time researching stones to meet your requirements.

2nd Class Royal Mail delivery takes approximately 2 - 3 working days after dispatch.

International standard takes approximately 7 - 10 working days after dispatch.

During seasonal peaks such as Christmas and Mother's Day it may take us up to 5 days to create and send your order due to increased demand.

Around Christmas there may also be postal delays, please appreciate that the shipping delays are outside our control.
