We accept returns on unopened and unworn items if they are delivered back to us within 30 days of you receiving your order. Reach out to us for the shipping details.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and we are happy to refund the cost of the product only, not including shipping fees.

We do not accept returns on customised, bespoke or personalised orders due to the nature of these type of goods.

If in the rare instance the jewellery is damaged on arrival please contact us, sending a picture and description of the problem. We will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement in this scenario.
